Update on Moharram's arrangements. 

Programme Schedule for Muharram 1443H / 2021

Assalam o Alaikum

 

Council has given us permission to have increased capacity for Moharram Majalis.

 

- For Ladies only morning majlis, the limit is 150* (it will be in the main hall)

- For evening Urdu Majlis, Gents limit is 140* and Ladies limit is 70*
- For evening English Majlis (in the marquee), there is no limit
* These numbers are based on one person sitting per Musallah.
 
Insha'Allah we will start on 9th August (with Majlis e Tehreem) and will continue until 21st August (Soyem Majlis  Imam Hussain AS).
 
Ladies Morning Majlis will start at 1015 and will finish at 1215.
 
Evening Urdu and English Majalis will start simultaneously around 7 PM and will finish before Maghrabain. 
 
*To attend any Majlis in-person, it is mandatory to pre register online.* 
Booking forms for all majalis including the English one, will be released from HIM's whats app account in the usual way. Majalis will also be broadcast live on HIM YouTube / Zoom. 
 
- Wearing of face masks will be mandatory for all attendees. 
- Attendees will be required to keep their shoes in bags when sitting inside. 
- Consumption of food inside will not be allowed.

Lastly, we need Volunteers this weekend to help prepare the Mission for Moharram. Please come forward. Jazakallah !
